Alumna Ariel Newland (IDC '08) recently learned that the project that started as her thesis in our program in partnership with the Lower East Side Tenement Museum From Ellis Island to Orchard Street with Victoria Confino has been nominated for the prestigious SXSW Web Awards under the category of Educational Resource.
